September 22, 2026 - Kithli Welcomes Scott Willits, MPH as Chief Clinical & Operating Officer

Kithli has named healthcare executive, community paramedicine leader Scott Willits, MPH, as Chief Clinical Operating Officer.

Scott has spent his career working at the intersection of healthcare delivery, mobile integrated healthcare, community paramedicine, operations and policy—often confronting the same underlying problem Kithli was created to address: care plans that assume someone will be there for the patient.

His experience spans healthcare operations, regulatory and reimbursement strategy, patient-centered care models, and healthcare technology. He has held leadership and advisory roles across state, national and international paramedicine organizations and has advocated for new models that bring appropriate care to patients where they are.
